About us
UjE Olive Mill Sutivan is a small family-owned mill located in Sutivan on the island of Brač. Our mill is not just a place where olives are turned into oil — it's a center of tradition, passion, and knowledge. Our oil is not just a product, but a reflection of the land, the sun, and the love we pour into every step of the process.
Production
In our mill, we follow the most advanced methods of olive processing using centrifugal decanter machines. Great care is taken to ensure a natural process, without the addition of any chemicals.
Olive cultivation
The olive tree is an ancient plant. Its importance and contribution to the quality of life have been recognized since antiquity. The health benefits of olive oil have also been known since the time of Homer, who famously referred to it as 'liquid gold'.
