UjE Olive Mill Sutivan is a small family-owned mill located in Sutivan on the island of Brač. Our mill is not just a place where olives are turned into oil, but a center of tradition, passion, and knowledge. Our oil is not just a product, but a reflection of the land, the sun, and the love we pour into every step of the process.
Dedication
From the moment the freshly harvested fruits arrive at the mill, we pay attention to every detail – from cleaning and crushing to mixing the paste, ensuring that the oil retains all its nutritional values and authentic aromas. We do not use any chemicals or high temperatures because we believe that true extra virgin olive oil must remain as nature intended – pure, fragrant, and full of health.
